In the following provisions I will inform you about the type, scope and purposes of the collection and use of your personal data on this website. Personal data is all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes in particular your name, your address and your e-mail address. The use of my website is basically possible without providing personal data. You are neither obliged to call up this website nor to provide personal data. For the use of individual services of this website, different regulations may apply, which in this case will be explained separately below.
The person responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with the GDPR is Julia Katharina Kant, Freiherr-v.-Stein-Str. 1a, 31675 Bückeburg.
2. Data processing to enable the use of the website
Every time you access the contents of my website, connection data is transmitted to my web server. These connection data include the IP address (Internet Protocol address) of the respective user, the date and time of the request, the referrer URL, device numbers such as UDID (Unique Device Identifier) and comparable device numbers, device information (e.g. device type) and the browser type / browser version. This connection data is not used to draw conclusions about the person of the user or merged with data from other data sources, but serves to provide the website. After 7 days at the latest, the data will be anonymised by shortening the IP address at domain level. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
3. Disclosure of data
I will only disclose your personal data to third parties or other recipients if this is necessary for the provision of services, if you have given your consent, if there is a legal obligation or if the disclosure of data is permitted on another legal basis. For example, data is passed on to technical service providers. Where necessary, I have made agreements with the recipients of your data regarding order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Data transfer to countries outside the EU
As a matter of principle, your data will not be transferred to recipients in countries outside the EU. However, should it be necessary for my purposes, I will only transfer your data if it is ensured that the recipient of the data guarantees an adequate level of data protection and that there are no other interests worthy of protection against the data transfer.
5. Duration for which personal data is stored / criteria for determining the duration
Your personal data will be stored by me for as long as it is necessary for the aforementioned purposes of processing or, in the event of an objection, e.g. if there are no compelling reasons for protection worthy of protection. In certain cases, e.g. if there is a legal obligation to retain data, your personal data will not be deleted immediately, but blocked for the time being.
6. Security measure to protect your personal data
I protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or destruction by technical and organisationa measures. My security measures are continuously adapted according to technological developments. My employees and all persons involved in data processing are obliged to comply with data protection laws and to maintain data secrecy. To protect the personal data of my users, I use a secure online transmission procedure, the so-called “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) transmission. You can recognise this by the fact that an “s” is appended to the address component http:// (“https://”) or a green, closed lock symbol is displayed. By clicking on the symbol, you can obtain information about the SSL certificate used. The display of the symbol depends on the browser version you are using. The SSL encryption guarantees the encrypted and complete transmission of your data.
7. Your rights
Within the framework of the legal requirements, you have a fundamental claim against me for
Confirmation whether personal data concerning you are processed by me,
Information about these data and the circumstances of the processing,
Correction, if these data are incorrect,
Deletion, unless the processing is not justified and there is no longer an obligation to keep the data,
Restriction of processing in special cases determined by law,
Objection in case of data processing on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR and
Transmission of your personal data – if you have provided it – to you or a third party in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
Insofar as the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time, with the consequence that the processing of your personal data will become inadmissible for the future. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. Please send your specific request in writing or by e-mail, clearly identifying yourself, to email@example.com – finally, I would like to draw your attention to your right of complaint to the supervisory authority.

11. Use of Linkedin recommendation components
I use components of the LinkedIn network on this page. LinkedIn is a service of the LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Each time you access a web page that contains such a component, the component causes the browser you are using to download a corresponding display of the LinkedIn component.
This process informs LinkedIn which specific page of this website is currently being visited. If you click the LinkedIn “Recommend-Button” while you are logged in to your LinkedIn account, you can link the contents of my pages on your LinkedIn profile. This enables LinkedIn to associate the visit of my pages with your LinkedIn account.
12. Use of YouTube components with extended privacy mode
On my website I use components (videos) from the company YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, a company of Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
For this I use the option ” – extended privacy mode – ” provided by YouTube.
When you visit a page that has embedded video, a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the content is displayed on the website by notifying your browser.
According to YouTube, in ” – extended privacy mode -” only data is transmitted to the YouTube server, in particular which of my websites you have visited when you watch the video. If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, this information is assigned to your YouTube member account. You can prevent this by logging out of your member account before visiting my website.
13. Use of Instagram
To prevent Instagram from associating your visit to my site with your Instagram account, you must log out of your Instagram account before visiting my site.
